We now have 7 days until the 1st race of the Paralympic Games and its time to turn up the intensity. We've had time to acclimatise and establish routines but from here on in we need to make every hour count!
Our job list is getting shorter but so is the time available to make important equipment decisions. Also, tidal and wind data is of paramount importants and although that information has already been gathered we need to communicate that knowledge to the sailors so they can execute in race situations.
For me the sense of urgency has finally hit home as we lost a day today through too much wind. Its starting to feel real....
